Delivery Timelines

At Halisa Scents, we strive to deliver your signature scents as quickly as possible:

• Nairobi & Environs: Same-day or next-day delivery (within 24 hours).
• Upcountry Kenya: 2-3 business days.
• International Shipping: Currently unavailable (coming soon!).

Shipping Rates

Our rates are competitive and based on your location:

• Nairobi CDB: KES 200
• Nairobi Outer Ring/Suburbs: KES 300 - 500
• Rest of Kenya: Based on courier charges (approx. KES 500).

Note: Free shipping on orders above KES 10,000!

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS with the tracking details or the contact information of our delivery partner.

Fragile Packaging

Perfume bottles are delicate. We take extreme care in packaging your orders using bubble wrap and secure boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
